When we say composition of natural resources, it refers to the various components that come together to form the basic natural resources.
The composition of natural resources comprise:
1. The land
2. The soil
3. The minerals.
THE LAND
Ghana has a land area of 238,537sq.km out of which about 1.8million hectares is covered by Forest.
IMPORTANCE OF LAND
1. We grow raw materials on the land for use in our factories.2. We get minerals such as gold and bauxite from the land.
3. We obtain building materials such as rocks,clay and sand from the land.
4. We also grow cash crops such as cocoa and coffee on the land for export.
