GOOD EATING HABITS
Good eating habit refers to a proper way of dining alone or with someone.

THINGS THAT CONSTITUTE GOOD EATING HABITS 
1. While waiting for the food to be served, keep hands and be patient.
2. Wash hands with soap and water before eating.
3. Do not talk when there is a food in your mouth.
4. Eating in a very quiet and gentle manner.
5. Fingers must not be licked during and after eating.
6. Sit upright when eating.
7. Do not blow air unto the food when the food is hot.
8. Avoid over eating and under eating.
7. Do not make noise with the cutlery.
8. Eat on time and avoid eating late at night.
9. Do not make unnecessary noise in the mouth or throat while eating or drinking.

DANGERS  OF OVEREATING 
1. Indigestion or constipation
2. You develop big belly
3. Laziness
4. It leads to sin
5. It can lead to stigmatization
6. It makes someone inactive or drowsy
7. Bed wetting

EXERCISE 
List five (5 ) importance of good eating habits.

ASSIGNMENT 
Explain the saying "we are what we eat".
