ANGLES PART IV

ANGLE PROPERTIES OF A TRIANGLE
In the fig 28.6, a, b and c ate called interior angles of the triangle.
1. The sum of interior angles of a triangle is equal to 180°.ie. a+b+c = 180°

2. e is called an exterior angle of a triangle is equal to the sum of two opposite interior angles. i.e. a+b = e
Thus when one side of a triangle is extended, the exterior angle formed is equal to the sum of the two interior opposite angles.
