Hand washing, brushing your teeth, cutting toe and finger nails, washing your clothes and dishes etc are all examples of personal hygiene.

PARTS OF THE BODY THAT NEEDS MUCH ATTENTION
Some parts of our body smell than others.
This is due to lack of enough air around such places and the presence of sweat at those places.
Some parts of the body that produce bad smell are:
a.armpits
b.mouth
c.anus
d.in-between toes.

ARMPITS
The armpits of the body which is hidden between the arms and the trunk.
The armpits sweat regularly and does not receive enough air because it is hidden.
Because of this ,it always gives bad smell or odour.

MOUTH
our mouth is the part of the body we use to eat
Air does not flow easily in the mouth.
When we eat food, some of the food particles get stuck in between the teeth.
The food particles begin to decay and cause bad smell if we do not clean the mouth and teeth properly.

ANUS
The anus of the body where waste food in the form of faeces passes out.
The faeces have bad smell.
Air also does not circulate around the anus.
Because of this the anus also gives bad smell or odour if we do not clean that place properly.

IN-BETWEEN TOES
Most people normally wear shoes around their toes for too long.
Air does not get the chance to flow around the toes because of the shoes.
Sweat can develop around the toes and this may produce bad smell or odour in-between the toes.
