We have come to realize that, human beings live in the community with others and enjoy certain benefits called privileges.
The privileges enjoyed by individuals within the community may vary from person to person.sometimes, some of the privileges are protected by law called rights. These rights are dependable in the society and may not change from person to person in the community.some of this right may be basic or fundamental and others may not be.
PRIVILEGES AND FUNDAMENTAL HUMAN RIGHT
A privilege is a benefit a person enjoys which can be taken away at anytime when necessary.Human Right is something a person is entitled to by law.
Basic Human Rights are the important things people are allowed to do or have by the Constitution.
Fundamental Human Rights are freedoms that cannot be taken away and the privileges that individuals are entitled to a state.
FUNDAMENTAL HUMAN RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS.
The following are the fundamental human rights agreed upon by the United Nations oranganization which are also found in the 1992 Constitution of Ghana.EXAMPLES OF HUMAN RIGHTS

when people are not treated the way they should be treated and are not allowed to enjoy the rights and freedoms.A person's rights and freedoms can be abused through any of the following:
