From our previous lesson we got to know that Electricity is a form of energy that carried through wires and is used to operate machines,lights etc.

WHAT ARE Electrical appliances? 

Electrical appliances are machines that uses electricity to work. Life without electricity is difficult at homes. Electricity plays a very important role in our homes because some machines in our homes can't work without

electricity.So the energy that electrical appliances use is called electricity. WHAT ELECTRICITY CAN PRODUCE 

Electricity causes the following to occur.  1.Light 

2.Heat 

3.Sound 

4.Movement in gadgets. 

This means that the different types of appliance in our homes uses electricity to work.

IMPORTANT THING TO REMEMBER  Always remember that electrical appliances can only work with the help of electricity.
