A disease is any  disorder that interfere negatively with the normal functioning of the body .
Examples of diseases  include:
Measles , ringworm, eczema, chicken pox , cholera, tuberculosis etc.

Let's  discuss on MEASLES.
Measles  is an air borne  disease that  affects the  skin. Its normally  affects Children . Measles has the  appearance  bright  red rashes.

CAUSE

Measles is caused by a virus.

MODE OF TRANSMISSION 

1. Physical contact
2. Coughing
3. Sneezing

SYMPTOMS 

1. Fever
2. Coughing
3. Muscle pain
4. Rashes on the  body.
5. Sores in the mouth
